Branding for utilities is more important than you think.  In these times utility owners are competing for dollars and a positive image along with all the other products and services your customers use.  A solid branding program requires participation from the entire agency not just the communications branch.  This presentation is a must for managers and operators.

We will also use this opportunity to vote for any candidates that are vying for the two open positions on the San Diego Section board of directors.
